Working with actors is a very unique space to operate in during production. While all this technical, set dressing, and hair and makeup mayhem are happening, you're there, sharing a psychology with your talent. Navigating the intricacies of human behavior to discover what will land best for the script. But it doesn’t end there; you also need to communicate with key crew members who will then bring your vision to life. It's certainly not the job for everyone. I, on the other hand, thrive in it.
